Sad night, tough times

It is late and I don't want to go to bed. It is now early Sat. morning, but tonight, Fri. the Phils lost in the playoffs.
I am a big boy and I can handle this, but as some of my Senior Sizzle friends know I am caring for my sick mom. The sad part is my mom watched her last Phillies game tonight. I don't remember her being a big fan when I was a , but like my great grandmother, my grandmother and an older woman in the neighbor hood that I cared for a few years back, they all became very loyal fans.....
The night was happy, I flew my in from out of State and we are having a family get together tomorrow, but like the Phils game, it will be her last....
I am blessed to have this time with my mom, as trying as it is, but it is killing me emotionally a little each day...
If anything good can come from a divorce, being free to step in and be here for my mom is one of them..
I am told in the end I will feel great for doing what I am doing.. Couldn't prove that by me just yet.....

This is in part in responce to an Senior Sizzle friends blog the other day. She asked how often us guys get hard in a normal day? What is the average?
I had said 5 or six times a day. But you can check her blog out for the replies.

Getting serious now....lol
I just did a nice 27 mile moring ride before work. Got out at 5:50a hoping to beat the rain and we did.
If you know anything about Central Bucks Co., Pa., there are no flat rides. We didn't do an killer hills, but there are always hills...lol
I wasn't sure how I'd feel becaus eI did a gym w/o yesterday, but no problem and had a good pace of 15.1 mph.
I get motivation from wearing a heart rate monitor. I counts calories. I wore the chest strap, but forgot the watch...lol So no records kept today..
Hope to ride again Thurs.
How are you doing with your work outs???

Hot and Humid Ride

Ok, still feeling good and getting out on the bike, but the weather could be better. Very hot and humid. Even at 5:45a.
Did a bit faster ride today and a little further, nearly 28 miles.
Hoping to go again Wed. or Thurs.
I am good for 2 Big Mac's today. Bux, care to join me?...lol

Ok, I haven't ridden much this year. Things have be busy with work and family issues, but it was time to get back at it.
I did a few solo rides the last few weeks, but none with my group of buddies because I was afraid I'd drag them down and be to slow.
well I went out riding this morning with 2 of my oldest cycling buddies. What a morning. Cool, no humidity, sunny, you couldn't asked for a nicer morning. We hit the road at 5:45a and did 27 miles through beautiful Bucks County and had a nice stretch on River Rd along the Delaware River.And I am proud to say I was faster than I expected to be. We averaged about 14.6 mph. I know these guys could have easily done a 16 mph ride, but they were cool and hung with me. No big hills, but you can ride in this area without doing some hills.
Ok, that is my blog for the day. Nothing sexy or erotic, but the more I ride the better I'll feel and maybe I'll go there...

Royal Wedding / A F F Observation

Ok, I must admit, I had the wedding on TV as I did my normal morning things around the house. One of those things is checking Senior Sizzle and the Chat room I normally hang in. The "BBW" room. Great group of people and some very lovely and sexy ladies I must say...
I observed something. In a room that normally has 25 plus people chatting and normally 10 to 15 women chatting had only 13 members in the room and only 3 women, 3 that I have never seen in the room before???
I then went to the Alberta room where a friend of mine hangs, same thing, though I don't know the normal roomies as well.
So I must take from this that most women were watching the Royal wedding and not in Senior Sizzle. Would this be the case. Please reply and let me know your thoughts.
I must admit also, I was checking out the woman in blue behind the Queen, she looked to be a bit busty with a low cut dress. I was not looking at the Queen if you know what I mean....
I also hope to get lucky out of the whole wedding thing. A woman I date stayed home from work to watch the wedding. So I asked her if I could stop over later and consummate the marriage???... Wish me luck...

What is good make up sex?
This is my reply post to a friends Buxonbbw4u blog. I figures I'd also post it. It is more fun than my normal cycling stuff...lol
She's a beautiful woman, and I enjoy her blogs often.
Here it goes:
Good make up sex does need to come from a caring loving or lustful relationship. If not there is nothing worth making up for. A loving caring relationship can come before it is considered a LTR. A couple can have that caring intense interest long before a true LTR. A short intense lustful relationship could produce make up sex after a fight about why their relationship is just that, lust, not long term.
I read a blog earlier about where and when did you last have casual sex. The one reply was about a chance encounter during a long flight and they hooked up in the airport during a layover. The guy went on how he always wished he had more time and learned more about his brief lover. I am sure with the lust they shared they could have had great makeup sex a few days into a short relationship after a brief argument.
If you can take the hurt away and restore it with that feeling only great sex can produce, you have had good make up sex.
What do you think??

Calm before the Storm

Nice morning with calm winds. I am sure Fri. will be a bit breezier with Earl sneaking ever closer. I got back to riding this year, more so that recent years and I feel much better for it. But I am still not dropping any weight. WTH?? That is what the heck for those of you that would think I'd say wtf..lol
I wont let the weight thing stop me. I'll keep riding and not give up, but I'd sure like to drop a few lbs.
I can tell by feel and the use of my heart rate monitor that I am getting in better shape as time goes on.
I've done about 700 miles so far this year, plus many gym workouts. I hope to get back to my best of about 9 years ago when I was doing 2600 miles a year. That will be my goal for 2011, 2000 miles, or what the heck, 2011 miles...
Taking Fri. off. Don't want to ride in the wind and I have a late night Fri. taking my to a concert. I can't handle the early sun rise rides and to late of a night.

Ok, it is cooler out and I had a great ride this morning. I did 27 and averaged just over 16 mph with doing some big hills. Not bad for not riding and working out very little the last 2 weeks.
Who like working out in the nice cool summer morning as apposed to the humid ones???
Time to hit the shower..

Ok, I know I was on vacation for a week, but I worked out while away.. I rode this morning, did 27 miles over a rolling hilly course. I started before 6a and boy did my legs feel heavy and like I was breathing through a clogged filter.. It did get better as the ride went on, and all in all was faster than it felt, but I am ready for cooler temps..
