I log in today and am unable to read any messages from anyone, even those I spent points on to contact.
DON'T WASTE YOUR POINTS!!!
I called customer service, some guy answered that barely spoke English and I wasted valuable minutes on my phone trying to decipher what he said.
Evidently, no standard members can send or receive massages until further notice. He suggested of course that I PAY for this site. Not happening. Have been here for 10 years, many of which I paid for a functioning site that was MUCH BETTER than the piece of crap it is now.
