 I agree with you, there are some people out there that are good at doing nothing and they have it down to a skill, if it was you or i we would find it hard to do nothing when we see work to do enjoyed your post.

In the case of our painter your probably right. e man can milk a job better than anyone I've ever know. As for the New Maintenance boss? It's a power thing, since being put int the position he feels like "working" is no longer in the job duties.
