Simple answer yes or no!

A simple answer of "yes or "no" would be nice instead of ignoring a "IM" chat.
This is especially if they are on your "FRIENDS LIST". What's your take? YES/NO other?

 I agree with bendmeover I have been chatting with someone and someone else tries to chat with me at the same time would be nice to be able to chat with more than one person at a time

 I agree with bendmeover, if I log on I usually get inundated, I can be chatting to 3 ppl and have another 3 paging me,,, at my age it's too much to cope with!
A busy option would be good. It's unfortunate for you, also, sometimes it shows ppl online when their not.

 Most of the time IM doesn't work for me! It even says so in my profile but I get them every day. I do try to engage but usually can't
