 I side with natural, perky and smaller range if possible. A reduction can have sexy results for breasts that are too large and saggy, but silicone is totally unnecessary for the smaller natural breasts. They tend to support themselves better, and as one guy said on this blog, no one needs more than a handful. It is the nipples and their sensitivity that are the toy a man who is a good lover wants to play with.
