I definitely want a party. Not sure what my first song would be other than something on the Top 100 hits, right now I like the Look Ma, I made it by Panic in the Disco. It is a song about making it to the top, being successful. It would work as my first song. Classic rock and yes, even some of the dreaded disco era songs will work nicely into my mix.

Having just recently encountered having to plan some sort of gathering at the loss of a loved one, I do think it is important to give just a little bit of closure to the family and friends. Though I did it my way and the way I thought my deceased husband would like it done, he always told me that he didn't care, it would be entirely up to me how to deal with the occasion.

So, I did a memorial at the national military cemetery here in Oklahoma, short and sweet. It ended up a perfect weather day for the month of March in Oklahoma and then we gathered at my oldest son and daughter-in-laws house for a brief get together to fondly reflect and then everyone went on their way.

It was perfect. It was what "I" needed to start closing out that chapter and start thinking about opening the next chapter of my life.

Pleasure's a sin, and sometimes sin's a pleasure...
