 I can't say it's a fetish, but sex with a pregnant woman has always been an incredibly hot experience for me. I think the reason is that the only women I've had sex with while they were pregnant were ones who reacted to pregnancy hormones by becoming really horny themselves, and having sex with a woman who is really horny is a real turn-on for me.

If I had a chance to fool around with your friend, there's a good chance that I'd ask my wife for a play pass so I could experience sex with a pregnant woman again. (Of course, if your friend is someone who does not react to pregnancy hormones by becoming extra-horny, that might take some of the fun out of it.)
