Keto Crotch..the nasty side effects of the popular diet!
Keto Crotch..the nasty side effects of the popular diet! Every one by now has heard or read an article about the Keto diet A lot of celebs and very prominent stars swears by the heavy meat diet that's supposed to be healthy for the mind and body..yes it works and yes its made up of a lot of meat products , making up a hefty part of proteins in the diet and avoiding carb loaded foods avoiding fats and starchy fruits and vegs. many women now through the diet are finding very unpleasant side effects of the said diet, The Diet that tells you to avoid certain foods containing copious amounts of protein which changes the balance of ph within the vagina. Proteins are certainly beneficial to a bodys chemistry , but avoiding other foods is also fast becoming a big mistake. If our body is deprived of fats especially the omega fats the body cries out for them and if our bodies are crying out for the sugars derived from the carbs the body also loses a lot of precious things needed for proper function , balance is the prominent key to a healthy body. The Keto diet has one big drawback , by barraging the body with mostly all proteins causes imbalance in a womans vagina causing the imbalance to get well " smelly" , yeast infections and very strong odor coming from the vagina is fast becoming a serious side effect from too much protein. If all the meats eaten in a Keto diet were made up of omega fats , and whats wrong with having a baked potato? nope not on this diet , its starchy ...one might gain a pound or two..By eating right and not avoiding a lot of foods that we are told is harmful, you don't need a Keto diet to lose weight or keep your present weight healthy ..I have been the same weight for a year and a half now ...its possible to do...I know personally how to eat right.. |

I need to get in better shape but I am not going to try a fad diet. I eat when I am hungry and I will just try smaller portions and exercise. Sex is exercise, right?

Funnily enough, I hadn't even heard of the "keto diet" until this morning when Wifey burst out laughing about "keto crotch". Then a couple of hours later, you're blogging about it too. Must be in the news. (I generally avoid the news. I can't stand all of the bad news and reminders of stupidity in the world. Too depressing.) So when I looked the keto diet up, I found it was just another trendy name for every other low-carb diet out there that tries to lure people into the concept of eating fats. (As if that's not going to clog your arteries in the long term.) I think Atkins was the last trendy name for it. Sure, scientifically, in a short term, I can see it helping people lose weight. If you don't mind totally fucking your gut bacteria to do it, the symbiosis of which is vital to your health by the way. Long term though... might as well juggle mercury. It'll be safer for you, and easier for you to stick to. Most fad diets fail because long term they're horrible for you and even if you don't consciously know it, your body knows better and your brain will desperately try to make those things you need not on the diet plan so very enticing in the hopes that you get the subliminal message that you're killing yourself. We have instincts for a reason. Ignoring them doesn't make your life better. So I'm glad to hear that you know how to eat properly. I wish it were common knowledge! Personally, my guidelines for proper nutrition are really simple: 1) If it wasn't even partly made from scratch, avoid it. 2) If it seems excessive (protein, carbs, fats, sweet, salty, veggie, whatever) eat it in moderation. Balance is key. 3) If you cannot even recognize what it was in nature, neither can your digestive system. It will only lead to trouble. 4) Drink water. Eating well is not rocket science. Mother Nature shows us the way. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. "Keto crotch." Serves people right for trying to cheat the system. Even an herb as sweet as basil is nothing without its bite. Lord Basil
