 I'm in the "neither" group.

I mean, first of all, not all relatives are created equal. If someone had sex with a 2nd or 3rd cousin or a stepsibling, I couldn't even begin to care. It happens occasionally.

But even if I were about to get intimate with a woman and she were to reveal that she had consensual sex with a close blood relative, it's not gonna turn me on or turn me off. Hearing about my partners' former sex partners has never had an effect on me, so I'm not going to be any different because my partner told me that she and her brother were closer than most siblings are.
