 By Stormy's own word, Trump and she were both willing participants in whatever activity took place. The issue is purely a case of "contract law". Money was offered for her silence (doesn't matter who made the offer or who paid) and she accepted the money, contract complete. If she now wants out of the contract, she needs to negotiate a contract buyout or deal with the consequences.
The only person Trump needs to talk to is his future former wife.
