AFF App vs Mobile Web

I typically access Senior Sizzle via phone or iPad, and sometimes my desktop. I have not downloaded Senior Sizzle's app and am curious to know if there any advantages/disadvantages on using the app vs mobile web? What have you experienced? Do you like one over the over - if so, why? Thank you.
