I often go without on warm days, but I don't wear a mini skirt those days unless I know I won't be moving around much. I also am careful when I'm around others when I dress like that. There's a big difference in my mind between showing everybody the goods and letting a few see. Those that walk around showing everyone usually do wind up in trouble.
