Laugh And Be Happy Once upon a time, I was that funny chubby girl. I have been told that I have a great sense of humor and I like to share it with others. I happen to be especially fond of dry humor, puns, and dad jokes. I am also sarcastic, witty, and quick. Pretty much, I am a smart-ass with a malfunctioning brain to mouth filter. Odds are, if it pops into my head, I will say it. I have never been the type that takes life too seriously and I've never been afraid to laugh at my own blunders. Or anyone else's, for that matter. Life is too short to go through it with a bad attitude and a frown. Most of all, I love those moments when I am able to find the humor in a situation and bring it out for everyone to enjoy. It brings me joy if I can put a smile on someone's face or even make them laugh. I'm the girl that likes to brighten up a person's day. ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡ This happened a couple weeks ago... Joey and I had made our delivery and we're done for the day. We made our way to the Pilot truck stop in Terre Haute, Indiana and parked for the night. We decided to grab some dinner and get a shower before we settled down for the night. We ate our Subway and made our way to our shower rooms. Typically, the shower rooms are all equipped with the same amenities; towel, washcloth, bath mat, and soap. There was nothing spectacular about it, but that didn't stop the cleaning crew from placing a cup on the vanity asking for a tip. I took my shower, dried myself off, and put on all of my smell good stuff. I grabbed my hair dryer and did a quick blow dry. I got dressed and started to pack away my toiletries. I noticed the tip cup sitting there, begging me to put something in it for the attendant and then I looked at the item in my hand. Perfect! This is what I left for the attendant... ----------  ---------- Don't worry, I left a couple dollars in there as well, just for having to put up with my smart-assed brand of humor. ♡♡♡♡♡ |
