LITTLE updating to A/all
Good Evening A/all
It’s been a long year so far... So many things have happened...let me share a shorten version with YOU...

Started Karate classes in January.... Love the instructors as they realized the difficulty in body and bones at our ages... Just not as agile as I was in Tae Kwon Do many years ago.
So into a workout mid June and rolling off planks - jolted my left knee and felt that pull... OHH HELL NO... . I re injured it.

Then went thru hell after 5 worthless Drs in a clinic... I finally made it to an Orthopedic Sports Dr and had Arthroscopic Surgery to repair not 1 but both meniscus and little scraping under the knee...on Aug 29th.

Just before the surgery Aug 27th... We bought a new 7 speed silver Stingray... (Pouting)... could not drive for over a week 1/2 per Dr. Ohhhhhhhhh worse pain in NOT driving... (Grinning)... Named him Blade... enjoying my ride and knee is doing well with little twinges now and then.

Our got married and now living in Scottsdale AZ and wanting her mama to come visit one day soon -
