I love Walk the Moon and the only Kamakazi I know comes in a martini glass It was invented on an American Naval base after WWII: 2 oz vodka 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice 3/4 oz Triple sec ( orange liquor) Shake with crushed ice and strain into glass and bottoms up!!
