COMMON COURTESY

I was wondering if there are others out there that have the same feelings I do?

If you are on IM you might want to look at the incoming message tab, It looks like a bell, to see if anyone has sent you a message. I know I do.

People show as being on but when you send a message that says hello they don't even reply with," not interested"

What has happened to COMMON COURTESY?

 WOW Couldn't have said is it better. I have been told this happens. Even though its hard to believe, I only know its true, because ppl had texted me when they wonder why I am not answering, and most of the time, I am not on. Had signed on for a fast few minutes and left either because the computer turned off in error or closed the site w/o signing off

 Thank you for your comments. I do understand that people are simply not interested. I get that. I also get that some are looking for mates and all that goes with that. I also understand that some may not even be on IM as they have just logged out. I even understand that chat freezes up. It has happed to me. I always come back and tell the other person what has happened. A simple No thank you I am not interested, would be nice if you ARE on line. When I am on line I always stay on for a while just to be certain that I am not missing any IM messages. IM is a separate window and only activated when clicked on.
