Because the website doesn't work correctly, and the apps dont work correctly. I'm not a stalker. It's not that I want to look at you 100 times ... lol. I'm just trying to see the profile.

 Every time your cursor crosses a member, it is counted as view. That is a glitch this site has not felt the need or desire to deal with. It has absolutely nothing to do with stalking.
