why do we ? I was just reading blogs and came across a very interesting blog, It got me thinking about men and women, How we rely on the porn industry, society to tell us what is norm , what is perfect, and what make sex better, Why can't we think for ourselves? Why can't we just enjoy what we like, We should use porn as entertainment or for some ideas, but to rely on it for our sexual info is crazy, I think there is a great lover in everyone, but they are so caught up on what society think or say what make a great lover, they lose confident, We all have our likes and dislikes, If we stop and start doing what is pleasurable for us and our lovers not what porn or society say, we might just become the best lover to our partner or partners, |

Very interesting observation indeed, but come to think of it, is our sheep mindset limited to just porn? The outside world tells us what medicines to take, what food to eat , what to wear, what is cool. Should sex be an outlier ? He start tagging the authentic people odd/weird/crazy, I am sure we have all done that. Laughed at the odd guy wearing a dress, the girl with a hairy face because society says that is not "right". Though what do I know I am the guy with the dick pic.

Yeah, I agree. Porn is shaping the way we think, and feel about sex... especially those youngsters who are getting their sex education from porn. Not many men can last as long, and fuck so hard like those guys in porn. lo Thoughts from the Garden...

It is what it is and we give and take from it what we can learn from it and maybe apply some but not all things into our own sex lives but in no way, shape or form should it ever run our lives and be the end all be all to our own sexual existence?

For the most part, people are lemmings and this extends to their behavior behind closed doors. We are wired this way, because we need to be accepted by the "group" for survival. Of course, that isn't so much what is going on today, needing to be accepted by the group for our survival. We really CAN be a bit different and still manage, but it is the norm that is established in our DNA, and so persists. People also never learn how to be themselves in public, so why would they be themselves behind closed doors? Me? Well, I'm sure you know by now that I like what I like and I think what I think, and I don't really make any apologies for it. But I learned about all of this "normal" psychology and also the fact that by being like everyone else you can never make real and lasting change that benefits you and those around you, so I threw that mold away. What I did is highly unusual. You can mostly just expect more of the same from everyone else. Sex sells for a reason everybody is interested in sex . Back when I was in junior high the joke was can you make a woman cum by just touching the spot on her hand .? Of course the boys all said Why hell yeah . And the girls kept quite cause they wanted the attention that their hands was getting all of a sudden . Most everyone knew it was pure bullshit but it was something to do with sex and after all it just might work .

Excellent post McPipe! Good points well made. Apparently in the youth of today there's a real dysfunction, where people seem to be expecting porn style sex rather than the real thing........Not sure I'd ever permanently stop enjoying porn mind........
