I try to help friends, clients, family. The non-random acts of kindness. No reason to upset people's expectations by thrusting kindness on them unannounced. But I do not oppose others acting on their kindness impulses.

RAK is a very important portion of my day as I am out and about. I feel really terrific if I can make someone's day a little brighter. My favorite is to pre-pay some money at a drive-thru window on the vehicle behind me. And a SMILE costs nothing (Virtual Symposium Group) use Virtual Symposium Group

I live in a senior apartment building. Only 60 and in great health so can help. I bring packages to a few people. Most of those i do it for are in pain so hard for them to go get and carry. One has eye sight trouble and needs a walker . I open the door if a persins hands is full. Remind one person weekly of something etc etc etc. I know of others here that help in different ways. Also know of a few that can help but only care about their own self. They love to say so and so forgot this or whoever should do that BUT don't offer to help. Lonely miserable bitches they are known as. Some help but don't talk about it. Being age of 62 to 90's here, some with physical problems or memory loss always some needing something even if a wellness check or company. Humans are the most dangerous animals on earth. If only animals had the ability to know when to keep away from us humans they would be better off.

It feels so good to help others, we are always doing random acts of kindness, if everyone did just think how much better the world would be..Happy Hump Day Pal.. Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..

It is always good to help others and to not expect repayment for the kindness that you shown.

Up here we actually have a random act of kindness or pay it forward day; its advertised etc etc. Makes anyone getting their coffee at a drive thru a treat, since everyone wants to pay for the person behind them or at grocery stores, etc. Generally speaking though, cant remember the last time I opened a door to a place when someone else was around, and vice versa if I am there first. May not seem like alot, but it is a general kindness.
