Read an article that said over 40% on Americans could not pay an unexpected bill for $1000. The Chinese usually have over $20,000 saved for problems.

I used to rely on credit lines, but now I have cash saved... No reason to be at the mercy of events.

 A tleast have enough cash for 6 months in an emergency. It's not hard to accumulate- just give up the daily drive-thrus and hide the money in your bank!!!
