Sounds like Pa roads. I rural areas if a bridge gets damaged they just close it. For years..

 Yeah....sexy lady, but the rest of the picture just ruins it. She should have used some photo tools and it could have turned out somewhat better (although the rust seen between her legs would still be there...lol).

It does pay to be aware of your background when taking a pic......lol
