4th of July Camp out

4th of July Camp out Well i went to the 4th of july camp out and had fun. I made friends but in turn ended up losing a friend. Why do guys act the way they do.. when i say i don't want a relationship. It just ends up to be one anyway.. I don't have time most of the year to put into a relationship.. But just because i like to cuddle and hold hands and snuggle. That makes a relationship? I am only out to have fun. I know i get attached to people too. but i am not with one person. I am not out there looking for someone to get married too or shack up with or be bf/gf. I am not attached to anyone and i don't want to be. But hey i did have fun and liked meeting everyone at the camp out. |

I have seen this go both ways, so do not believe that this is a trait specific to the male gender. I have heard many women say that they only want fun times with no strings attached and then wonder why you do not call them the day after...well... So I do understand where you are coming from and I know it does not make it less frustrating. Its a shame to loose a friendship over it though. That is too bad. For some people, snuggling, holding hands and other PDA's is a sign of more than "just friends" and may be interpreted differently than maybe you had intended. I am not saying that I agree... but just throwing out a suggestions as to why some may view such activities slightly different. It does not make anyone right or wrong, it is just who they are, We are all different, which is good otherwise the world would be very boring.
