That is pretty kewl... I too can cook. I am a former professional Chinese chef of close to 23 years. I know how to give a good massage and body rub, but that is only reserved for the ladies. Firm believer of holistic healing. Especially when I witnessed a woman I worked with that had a major stroke recover almost completely through the art of Tait-Chi when American doctors said she would be permanently paralyzed on the left side for life. Studied the martial arts myself. It helped greatly to discipline a very bad temper that I once had when I was younger (tile breaking and weaponry) and also has greatly helped me with the knowledge of using leverage instead of brute strength and body coordination. Nice Post!!! My mother wanted to take to a week long (9 or more hours a day) seminar on medical and thought it would be cool to take here sons (there were 3 of us at the time)with her. I was cool and had fun, at the end of the first day the men running the seminar did a martial art demo, ask if any one want to do the same. No one seem to want to go up so I did. I did a free style form because I was self taught so... Any I did it and end in a split and I yes I can still do splits I got a standing O, as told my for was better the someone the gotten formal training. People wanted where I taught. I love QI work and have not be able to study it like I would want to. I plan to rectify that.
