What do you order at McDonalds?

mcdonalds is dog food. in fact its not even fit for a dog. nothing there i'd ever stop for, not even a salad. its no wonder everybody writing about disgusting meat, cheese and greasy fries are getting the dislikes. pretty well known that fast food will kill you long before your time is due and the other consequences are horrible for the innocent animals involved. just seems like we live in an ignorant and uneducated society that is unwilling to ever change personal eating behavior for all the positive reasons.

I do karate on Saturday mornings, and a quarter pounder with cheese is often the reward afterwards. I burn so many calories in karate, that I don't feel it is putting extra pounds on me. Now there are only two things in life, but I forget what they are.

Coffee, lots of coffee. When I travel, I take a 2L thermos full of coffee and stop every day and top it off at Mickey D's. 3 dollars a day instead of 10 dollars a day at Starbutts and I like the cheap coffee better.

two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce , cheese, pickles, onions all on a Sesame seed bun.
